Dan! Brilliant suggestions there. Would you believe, The Scream and Persistence of Memory were already on the list! Gotta say, I like the idea of the others though. Dogs playing poker is pretty great- a true classic. Thanks!

Loving the recreations, how about the scream, american gothic, persistence of memory, hand with reflecting sphere, the card players, and of course, dogs playing poker, yeah definitely dogs playing poker…

Thanks AC!! I appreciate the support. I’m definitely having fun creating these, and playing with the artwork a bit. Composing art for Sunday ink is different to how I’d do it for a book, but these individual posts are giving me a chance to work out the visuals. Let’s see where we can take it from here!!

Yes, I saw your others. Food poems are great! This one really has evolved in comparison to the others you’ve posted. The montage of imagery from your story is such a wonderful idea of a framing element. Keep up the good work!
